adult baby : noun, a person who is physically adult but enjoys acting, dressing, and/or being treated like an infant, toddler, or small child periodically.
age play : noun, An activity where one or both partners assumes a childish or infantile role or personality. You can use this chart for estimating the age.
age regression stories : age regression stories: stories in which a character, usually the protagonist, is regressed in physical age to a small child or infant.
all in one: A fitted diaper that includes a waterproof outer layer and a pinless means for fastening, usually snaps or Velcro.
ASFD : One of the original Internet newsgroup (alt sex fetish diapers) for infantilists. Now it is has a heavy spam load. Infantilism messages are preceded by a tilda (~) to distinguish them form the heavy spam load.
ABPEFD : An Internet newsgroup (alt binaries pictures erotica fetish diapers) that posts binary picture files of adults in diapers.

Babyfur Public Behavior Guidelines: In response to some over-indulgent ABDLs at furry conventions, the babyfur community developed a set of guidelines as a self-policing effort, the Babyfur Public Behavior Guidelines. It has been quite successful, and has influenced behavioral guidlines of regional groups as well.

blankie : noun, (US, infantile), A blanket, usually refers to a particular blanket favored by a toddler.
blathering: verb, To speak nonsensically.
bloomer: noun, a type of panty with legs that end just above the knee.
blowout: noun, American slang, a messy leak.
bootie: also bootee, noun, A soft, usually knitted shoe for a baby.
bottle-feed : verb, To feed, as a baby, with a bottle.
breast-feed : verb, To feed (a baby) mother's milk from the breast; suckle.

cereal feeder: noun, A baby bottle fitted with a nipple with an oversized hole or X-cut nipple to allow pasty foods such as puréed cereal to be sucked through the nipple. Made with a sliding bottom fitting that allows the caregiver to apply pressure at the bottom to assist the baby's feeding.
changing pad: noun, A waterproof pad used under an infant while changing a baby's diaper
changing table: noun, A table or platform for changing a baby's diaper.
chlorophyll: noun, a herbal supplement that reduces the odor of feces when taken orally.
chuck: an absorebt sheet with a waterproof backing, also called a bedpad or underpad.

condom catheter: noun, A catheter secured by a rubber sheath, into which the penis is inserted.
contour diaper: noun, A diaper cut in an "hourglass" shape, rectangular but with less material between the legs. Contrast with wingfold.
